Terms of use

By using PixelFit (littlepixelfit.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

PixelFit is a free image tool that resizes, crops and compresses photos to a target file size and pixel size, and changes their format (JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF). It runs entirely in your browser: your images are processed on your device and never uploaded. Alongside the tool the site publishes reference pages on file sizes, photo dimensions, application-photo rules and image formats, plus an optional paid Pro upgrade. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we aim to keep the free tool available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Your images and your results

You keep every right in the images you process, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. Because processing happens on your device we never receive, store or review your files. Results depend on the source image and on your browser's built-in encoders, so the same settings can give slightly different bytes in different browsers; check the file size and dimensions the tool reports before you submit a result anywhere.

Size rules for forms, portals and documents

The photo, signature and document specifications on this site are summarised from official notices and other primary sources, with the date we checked them. Authorities change their rules without telling us, and a single notice can differ between application cycles. Always verify the requirements with the official notice of the form you are filling in before you submit, and follow that notice where it differs from this site. Measured figures (for example the largest pixel size that fits under a file-size limit) describe our sample photos and will vary with your own image. The site does not provide legal, immigration or professional advice, and we are not affiliated with any authority, exam body or portal named on it.

Pro purchases

Pro is a one-time purchase. It unlocks the Pro features in the browser used for the purchase, for the personal or internal business use of the buyer. When Pro opens, it will be sold through Link, Stripe's reseller, as the merchant of record: Link will take the payment, send the receipt and handle the sales tax or VAT, which will be included in the price. The charge will appear on the card statement as LINK.COM* DELJAN BREGASI. If Pro does not do what you need, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Prices may change for future purchases; this never affects what you have already bought.

What Pro includes and costs is listed on the pricing page; how to ask for a refund and how the money comes back is in the refund policy; how your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, probe it for vulnerabilities, or copy its pages wholesale to republish them. Do not use the tool to process images you have no right to use or to make images intended to deceive an authority. Normal personal and professional use, including quoting individual figures with a link to the page, is welcome.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, measurements and code belong to PixelFit. Facts such as a portal's published size limits are not owned by anyone; names of authorities, exams and file formats belong to their owners and are used only to describe what a page is about. The images you produce are yours.

Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including that a result will be accepted by a particular form. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount paid for Pro in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a rejected or late application.
