Pro purchases and refunds

When Pro opens, it will be sold through Link, Stripe's reseller, as the merchant of record: Link will take the payment, send the receipt and handle the sales tax or VAT, which will be included in the price. The charge will appear on the card statement as LINK.COM* DELJAN BREGASI. No payment is taken on this site yet. The refund policy explains how refunds will work.

Your photos

PixelFit never receives your photos, so there is nothing on our side to look at, recover or delete: each file only ever exists on your device and in the download you saved. If a download did not arrive, run the photo through the tool again with the same KB and pixel targets; in the same browser the result comes out the same.

Corrections

If a form or portal page shows a pixel size, KB range or background that differs from the official notice, follow the notice: requirements change, and every spec page shows the date it was checked and links its source so you can compare.

If a result looks larger than the limit you typed, check whether the form counts a KB as 1,000 or 1,024 bytes, and compare the exact byte count PixelFit shows next to the preview.
